Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Technology Management, or a related discipline.
- 12–20 years of experience in fintech, digital investment technology, financial software architecture, or technology-driven financial services.
- Extensive understanding of AI applications, big data analytics, cloud ecosystems, cybersecurity, digital product development, and financial technology strategy.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, strategic planning, and innovation management capabilities.
