Salary: SAR 75,000 – 105,000/month + Annual Performance Bonus up to 35% + Long-Term Incentives (Equity/Profit-Sharing)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Executive Director of Digital Finance Architecture to lead the design, development, and operational execution of next-generation fintech platforms across Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC. This executive role combines strategic vision, architectural excellence, and regulatory oversight, positioning the incumbent to shape the evolution of digital banking, blockchain-enabled payments, AI-driven analytics, and embedded finance systems.

This position requires a leader with experience bridging technology innovation, business strategy, and regulatory compliance, capable of influencing multi-disciplinary teams, advising executive boards, and delivering transformative financial solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee end-to-end digital finance ecosystems, including cloud-native banking platforms, blockchain-based payment networks, embedded finance, and wealth management solutions.

• Lead the deployment of AI/ML-driven financial intelligence systems, fraud detection algorithms, predictive analytics engines, and personalization frameworks.

• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity standards, and GCC-wide fintech policies, maintaining robust risk management, governance, and data protection protocols.

• Develop and implement multi-year digital transformation roadmaps, aligning technology, operational, and business objectives.

• Direct cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, data scientists, compliance specialists, and product managers, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

• Evaluate emerging fintech technologies, including DeFi, AI-enabled credit scoring, tokenized assets, and cloud-native microservices, to maintain competitive advantage.

• Act as primary advisor to executive boards and investors on technology strategy, regulatory risk, market positioning, and ROI of fintech initiatives.

• Establish robust KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance outcomes.

• Drive thought leadership initiatives and participate in global fintech forums and advisory councils to influence the GCC digital finance landscape.

Required Qualifications & Expertise:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in fintech architecture, digital banking, or financial technology strategy, including 5+ years in executive leadership.

• Deep expertise in blockchain, AI/ML, cloud computing, embedded finance, digital payments, and API-driven financial ecosystems.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Central Bank regulations, GCC compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Proven record of delivering large-scale fintech initiatives and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to executives and regulators.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: SAR 75,000 – 105,000
