- Establish robust governance models for digital financial infrastructure, technology risk management, and operational resilience.
- Supervise teams of blockchain engineers, payment technology experts, cybersecurity professionals, software architects, and financial technology analysts.
- Design infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume domestic and international payment operations.
- Introduce AI-based systems for transaction optimization, fraud detection, customer behavior analysis, and operational automation.
- Develop strategies for future financial technologies, including tokenized assets, programmable payments, advanced cryptographic security, and next-generation digital identity frameworks.
- Collaborate with financial institutions, technology providers, and regulatory stakeholders to promote responsible fintech innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in Financial Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- 12–18 years of professional experience in digital payments, fintech infrastructure, financial technology engineering, or enterprise system architecture.
- Extensive understanding of payment networks, cloud infrastructure, API ecosystems, encryption technologies, and digital financial operations.
- Proven experience leading international technology teams and complex digital transformation programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional strategic planning and executive leadership abilities.
