Key Strategic Responsibilities
Artificial Intelligence & Financial Intelligence Leadership

- Lead the deployment of machine learning models capable of analyzing financial behaviour, transaction patterns, customer risk profiles, and emerging market opportunities.

Digital Banking & Embedded Finance Architecture
- Design revolutionary digital banking experiences incorporating seamless onboarding, biometric authentication, real-time account management, and personalized financial products.
- Lead the development of embedded finance solutions allowing financial services to be integrated effortlessly into non-financial digital platforms.
- Create scalable API-driven infrastructures enabling secure collaboration between banks, fintech ecosystems, and digital marketplaces.
Innovation & Emerging Technology Strategy
- Evaluate emerging technologies including decentralized financial systems, tokenized assets, cloud-native banking infrastructures, and intelligent automation platforms.
- Build innovation laboratories and technology research initiatives focused on identifying the future direction of financial services.
Executive Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, artificial intelligence, financial technology strategy, or enterprise transformation.
- Master’s degree or doctorate in Computer Science, Financial Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation programmes and multinational technology teams.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, financial regulations, digital identity systems, and enterprise technology governance.
