Position Summary
A globally ambitious fintech institution is expanding its innovation ecosystem and seeks an experienced Executive Director β Fintech Ventures, Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Innovation.
This senior leadership role is responsible for identifying emerging financial technologies, developing high-value strategic alliances, evaluating venture opportunities, establishing innovation partnerships, and accelerating sustainable business growth across regional and international markets.
The successful executive will play a pivotal role in shaping long-term corporate strategy while building relationships with technology providers, financial institutions, innovation hubs, and institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise innovation strategy.
- Identify and evaluate fintech venture opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Lead corporate innovation programmes.
- Establish innovation governance frameworks.
- Oversee market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Drive ecosystem collaboration initiatives.
- Manage executive stakeholder engagement.
- Develop commercial partnership models.
- Present strategic growth recommendations to executive leadership.
- Mentor innovation and business development teams.
- Promote organizational agility and innovation excellence.
- Expand regional and international business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, venture development, corporate strategy, or innovation management.
- Strong commercial negotiation and partnership management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding executive presence, communication, and analytical skills.
