A leading financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Director – FinTech Commercial Partnerships & Enterprise Sales to accelerate commercial growth by building strategic alliances with banks, payment providers, enterprise organizations, and government institutions.

This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape regional business expansion, negotiate transformative partnerships, and deliver innovative financial solutions that support digital economic development across the Gulf.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise commercial growth strategies.
  • Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and enterprise clients.
  • Lead executive sales negotiations and contract development.
  • Identify new market opportunities across the GCC.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver client-focused financial solutions.
  • Develop revenue forecasts and commercial performance frameworks.
  • Represent the organization at international fintech events and executive forums.
  • Mentor regional business development and enterprise sales teams.
  • Strengthen long-term customer relationships and strategic alliances.
  • Report commercial performance to executive leadership.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in strategic partnerships, executive negotiations, and commercial leadership.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
