As Executive Director — Digital Financial Infrastructure, Payments Intelligence & Financial Ecosystem Expansion, you will lead strategic initiatives that influence payment modernization, ecosystem connectivity, embedded financial experiences, and long-term digital finance growth.
Your work will shape how businesses and consumers interact with financial systems at scale.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead long-term financial infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Design intelligent payment operating models.
- Build frameworks for ecosystem expansion and interoperability.
- Develop embedded financial integration opportunities.
- Establish scalable payment and settlement architectures.
- Define commercial growth strategies across digital financial channels.
- Create measurable frameworks for transaction efficiency.
- Strengthen ecosystem collaboration between financial stakeholders.
- Translate market evolution into actionable strategic priorities.
- Support infrastructure modernization and execution governance.
Required Experience
Mandatory
- 10–15 years in fintech, payments, digital banking, infrastructure, or financial transformation.
- Experience leading strategic initiatives across complex environments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and financial operations.
Preferred
- Ecosystem/platform business experience.
- Digital transformation leadership.
- Financial infrastructure modernization.
