An exceptional opportunity exists for a visionary fintecuh executive to spearhead large-scale digital banking transformation initiatives within one of the Gulf region’s most dynamic financial markets. This strategic leadership role requires an individual capable of redefining how consumers, businesses, financial institutions, regulators, and technology providers interact within rapidly evolving digital financial ecosystems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating future-focused banking architectures, developing advanced digital financial products, expanding embedded finance capabilities, integrating next-generation payment infrastructures, and establishing innovation frameworks that position financial institutions at the forefront of global fintech advancement.
This role extends far beyond traditional banking leadership. The selected executive will influence national digital finance strategies, drive innovation partnerships, oversee multi-billion-dollar technology transformation programs, and help shape the future of financial inclusion, open finance, artificial intelligence integration, and digital asset innovation across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide fintech transformation strategies.
- Lead large-scale modernization of banking platforms and digital ecosystems.
- Design future-state digital banking frameworks supporting retail, SME, corporate, and institutional clients.
- Establish embedded finance solutions across multiple industries.
- Create innovative customer engagement models utilizing artificial intelligence and predictive analytics.
- Lead the implementation of advanced payment infrastructures and real-time transaction ecosystems.
- Build strategic relationships with regulators, financial institutions, fintech innovators, and technology partners.
- Oversee digital lending, digital wealth management, and intelligent treasury solutions.
- Drive API-led banking architecture initiatives.
- Champion customer-centric innovation programs.
- Develop advanced risk management and compliance technology frameworks.
- Lead digital identity and authentication innovation projects.
- Support financial inclusion initiatives through technology-enabled services.
- Create scalable frameworks for future fintech growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Technology, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience within fintech, banking technology, digital payments, or financial services innovation.
- Proven leadership experience managing complex transformation programs.
