The Opportunity
A leading fintech ecosystem focused on accelerating digital financial innovation seeks a visionary Executive Cyber Threat, Fraud Risk & Financial Crime Intelligence Manager to oversee enterprise-wide cyber defense, fraud prevention, threat intelligence, and financial crime monitoring programs.
This is a strategic leadership role for cybersecurity professionals who possess the expertise to protect complex fintech environments while supporting innovation, digital transformation, and regional expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing advanced cyber defense strategies, strengthening fraud prevention frameworks, implementing intelligent monitoring systems, and building a culture of security excellence throughout the organization.
Leadership Responsibilities
Enterprise Cybersecurity Governance
- Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish enterprise security governance frameworks.
- Strengthen organizational cyber resilience.
- Lead cybersecurity risk management initiatives.
Fraud Risk Management
- Design enterprise fraud prevention strategies.
- Oversee fraud investigations and remediation efforts.
- Improve fraud intelligence capabilities.
- Develop predictive fraud monitoring frameworks.
Threat Intelligence Leadership
- Build comprehensive threat intelligence programs.
- Monitor global cyber threat landscapes.
- Conduct advanced threat-hunting activities.
- Strengthen intelligence-sharing capabilities.
Financial Crime Intelligence
- Coordinate cybersecurity and financial crime investigations.
- Support AML and anti-fraud initiatives.
- Develop intelligence-driven risk mitigation strategies.
- Improve transaction surveillance capabilities.
Emerging Technology Security
- Assess security implications of AI, blockchain, digital assets, and embedded finance solutions.
- Support secure adoption of innovative technologies.
- Strengthen digital trust frameworks.
- Develop security standards for future fintech initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, or related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, OSCP, GCIH, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8–12 years of cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or threat intelligence experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within financial services or fintech environments.
