An innovative fintech enterprise is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Digital Wallet Operations Manager to oversee operational excellence across digital wallet services, payment processing, customer account management, merchant integrations, and transaction lifecycle optimization.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational stability while driving continuous innovation across rapidly growing digital financial platforms serving retail and commercial customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital wallet operations.
- Monitor transaction processing and settlement activities.
- Coordinate merchant onboarding and payment integrations.
- Optimize customer account management processes.
- Strengthen fraud prevention and operational controls.
- Develop operational KPIs and service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during product releases.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across operational workflows.
- Lead incident management and service recovery efforts.
- Mentor operational teams and future supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in fintech operations, payment services, or digital banking.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and financial operations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Experience working within high-volume transaction environments.
