The Embedded Finance Solutions Analyst will address these challenges by designing and optimizing financial service integrations within non-financial platforms. The role requires both analytical thinking and practical implementation capabilities.
Key Problems You Will Solve
Fragmented Financial Integrations
- Analyze existing integration gaps between fintech APIs and third-party platforms.
- Recommend unified solutions that improve interoperability.
User Experience Inconsistencies
- Identify friction points in embedded financial services.
- Propose solutions that streamline user journeys across platforms.
Regulatory Complexity
- Interpret Bahrain’s financial regulations and ensure embedded services remain compliant.
- Work with compliance teams to embed regulatory controls into product design.
Your Approach
- Conduct detailed system and process analysis.
- Collaborate with developers to implement API-based solutions.
- Use data insights to refine and optimize embedded financial services.
Required Background
- Experience in fintech, embedded finance, or digital banking.
- Strong understanding of APIs, financial products, and system integrations.
- Analytical skills with ability to diagnose and solve complex problems.
