About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing fintech company is seeking a visionary Director – Financial Experience Design to lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and data-informed digital journeys across mobile banking, payment solutions, lending platforms, and personal finance applications.
Working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, you will define design strategy that strengthens customer trust, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define enterprise UX and service design strategy for digital financial products.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and content specialists.
- Conduct behavioural research and usability testing.
- Translate customer insights into intuitive digital experiences.
- Build and maintain enterprise design systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Establish measurable UX performance indicators.
- Present customer experience strategy to executive leadership.
- Drive accessibility and inclusive design initiatives.
- Champion continuous product innovation.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in UX leadership, fintech product design, or digital transformation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise digital product success.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams.
