A progressive banking institution in Qatar is seeking an innovative Director – Digital Banking Innovation to lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of its digital banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the institution’s digital banking strategy.

Oversee mobile banking, internet banking, and self-service platforms.

Identify emerging fintech trends and innovation opportunities.

Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with technology teams on new platform implementations.

Establish digital product roadmaps and innovation strategies.

Monitor digital channel performance and customer adoption metrics.

Lead digital payment modernization initiatives.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Banking, Finance, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

Master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital banking, financial technology, or banking transformation.

Proven leadership experience managing large digital transformation projects.
-
Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, payment technologies, customer experience, and banking regulations.
