We are seeking a visionary AI, Risk & Financial Intelligence Director to lead the development of advanced analytical capabilities capable of transforming financial data into strategic intelligence.
This is not a conventional analytics position.
The role requires an executive-level thinker capable of connecting artificial intelligence, quantitative analysis, financial risk, fraud intelligence, behavioral analytics, transaction data and strategic decision-making into a unified financial-intelligence framework.
Executive Mission
The successful candidate will establish an advanced intelligence function capable of answering critical questions before they become business problems:
Where is financial risk emerging?
Which transactions require intervention?
What behavioral patterns indicate fraud?
Where are customers changing their financial behavior?
Which products are likely to outperform?
What signals are hidden inside millions of transactions?
Principal Responsibilities
- Establish enterprise-wide financial intelligence and analytics strategy.
- Lead development of AI-powered risk and anomaly-detection systems.
- Build predictive models for transaction risk and customer behavior.
- Develop sophisticated fraud-intelligence frameworks.
- Establish real-time financial monitoring capabilities.
- Direct data-science and quantitative-analysis initiatives.
- Create executive dashboards translating complex datasets into actionable intelligence.
- Develop machine-learning applications for financial decision support.
- Establish data-quality, governance and model-performance standards.
- Partner with technology leadership to develop scalable analytical infrastructure.
- Translate quantitative findings into commercially meaningful executive recommendations.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and determine their practical financial applications.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking an individual who can operate beyond conventional analytics management—someone capable of combining quantitative sophistication with executive judgment.
An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Financial Engineering or a related discipline is advantageous, alongside substantial experience within fintech, banking, payments, financial technology or large-scale data environments.
