Executive Mandate
Lead the strategic development of digital-asset capabilities across institutional financial technology. The Director will define product, infrastructure and commercial strategies covering tokenized financial instruments, digital-asset platforms, custody technology and blockchain-enabled financial services.
Key Responsibilities

Establish the strategic roadmap for digital-asset initiatives.

Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and their commercial applications.

Lead development of institutional-grade digital-asset platforms.

Oversee relationships with technology providers and financial infrastructure partners.

Develop operating models for digital-asset products and services.

Coordinate product, engineering, security, risk and commercial teams.

Define KPIs covering adoption, transaction activity, platform reliability and commercial performance.

Conduct market intelligence across global digital-asset ecosystems.

Assess new opportunities involving tokenization and blockchain infrastructure.

Present strategic recommendations and investment proposals to senior leadership.
Qualifications

10+ years in fintech, financial services, digital assets, banking technology or strategy.

Proven leadership experience in complex financial-technology initiatives.

Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and digital financial products.

Excellent commercial and strategic-analysis capabilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Economics or a related field.
