THE MANDATE
Financial technology is moving from a support function to the core infrastructure of modern commerce.
We are seeking an accomplished Fintech Transformation Director to lead complex digital-finance initiatives across payments, financial platforms and technology-enabled customer experiences.
This is an executive-level opportunity for a leader who understands that successful transformation requires more than deploying technology.
It requires aligning:
STRATEGY → TECHNOLOGY → OPERATIONS → DATA → CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE → COMMERCIAL VALUE
You will establish transformation priorities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and convert strategic objectives into measurable financial-technology outcomes.
EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL PAYMENTS
Lead strategic initiatives involving payment platforms, transaction processing, merchant ecosystems, digital wallets and payment orchestration.
TRANSFORMATION GOVERNANCE
Establish transformation roadmaps, governance structures, milestones and performance indicators.
FINANCIAL PLATFORM STRATEGY
Shape the evolution of digital financial products and technology infrastructure.
TECHNOLOGY MODERNISATION
Evaluate legacy financial infrastructure and establish modernisation strategies involving APIs, cloud platforms, automation and distributed architectures.
DATA & INTELLIGENCE
Promote data-driven decision-making across financial operations, customer experience and product development.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
Coordinate executives and specialists across Technology, Product, Operations, Risk, Finance, Security and Customer Experience.
EXECUTIVE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, consulting or technology transformation.

Significant leadership experience managing complex technology programmes.

Strong understanding of financial infrastructure.

Deep familiarity with digital payments and banking technology.

Strong commercial and strategic judgement.

Exceptional stakeholder-management capabilities.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and transformation portfolios.

Ability to communicate technical complexity at executive level.
