Position: Remote Digital Wealth Management Platform Specialist

Role Purpose
To support the development, optimization, and management of digital wealth management platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences, efficient portfolio management, and reliable financial advisory tools.

Platform Efficiency
- Ensure smooth operation of digital wealth management systems
- Reduce system downtime and improve user experience
Client Engagement
- Enhance digital interfaces to improve client interaction
- Support features that enable better portfolio visibility and control
Operational Excellence
- Streamline backend processes for portfolio management
- Improve reporting accuracy and performance tracking
Core Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of wealth management platforms
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance features
- Monitor platform performance and resolve operational issues
- Support integration of financial tools such as portfolio analytics and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards
Competency Requirements
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of digital wealth platforms and financial products
- Familiarity with APIs and financial system integrations
Financial Expertise
- Knowledge of investment products, portfolios, and asset management principles
Analytical Skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and user behavior
Communication Skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in fintech, wealth management, or digital banking
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience with financial platforms and digital tools
