Your mission is to create products where financial functionality becomes an intuitive part of the customer’s existing digital experience.

FROM CUSTOMER PROBLEM TO PRODUCT
DISCOVER
Research customer behaviour, market opportunities, competitive products, and emerging financial trends.
DEFINE
Identify high-value problems and convert them into clear product opportunities.
DESIGN
Develop product concepts, user journeys, requirements, business cases, and experience strategies.
BUILD
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, risk, and commercial teams.
LAUNCH
Coordinate product readiness, customer communications, operational preparation, and market launch.
SCALE
Use analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to increase adoption and commercial performance.
YOUR PRODUCT SCORECARD

THE IDEAL PRODUCT LEADER

7–10+ years in fintech, payments, digital banking, product management, or technology

Proven experience launching or scaling financial products

Strong understanding of payment ecosystems

Experience with digital wallets or embedded finance is highly desirable

Strong commercial judgment

Excellent customer-centric product thinking

Strong analytical capabilities

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management
