The Remote Digital Payments Ecosystem Manager will oversee the design, expansion, and optimization of integrated payment environments that connect consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and digital platforms.
Primary Objectives
- Establish a scalable and resilient digital payments ecosystem capable of handling high transaction volumes.
- Enhance interoperability between wallets, banking systems, and merchant platforms.
- Drive innovation in real-time payments, recurring billing systems, and embedded finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive payments strategies, including acquiring, issuing, and settlement frameworks.
- Lead integration of payment gateways, POS systems, and mobile payment solutions.
- Optimize transaction flows to reduce latency, failure rates, and operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial and data governance standards.
- Analyze transaction data to identify growth opportunities and system inefficiencies.
- Introduce advanced fraud prevention and risk mitigation mechanisms.
Technical & Strategic Requirements
- Strong understanding of payment rails, clearing and settlement systems, and transaction lifecycle management.
- Experience with API integrations and financial system interoperability.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and fraud detection frameworks.
- Ability to align technology solutions with commercial objectives.
