An innovative fintech lender is recruiting a Digital Lending Portfolio Analyst to optimize lending performance through portfolio analytics, credit trend evaluation, customer segmentation, and predictive financial modeling.
Working alongside underwriting, risk management, data analytics, and product development teams, you will help improve lending quality while enhancing customer experience and sustainable portfolio growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze lending portfolio performance and profitability.
- Monitor credit quality and repayment behavior.
- Develop financial models supporting lending decisions.
- Prepare portfolio performance reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to optimize lending strategies.
- Collaborate with risk teams to improve credit frameworks.
- Monitor delinquency trends and recovery performance.
- Support pricing and product optimization initiatives.
- Produce market and competitor analysis.
- Recommend data-driven business improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in lending, banking, fintech, or financial analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- Experience interpreting financial datasets and portfolio metrics.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
