An exceptional opportunity is available for a strategic Navigator to lead complex transformation programs across modern financial organizations.
This position is not limited to technology implementation.
It focuses on the transformation of the entire operating model—how products are designed, how technology is deployed, how customers interact with financial services and how teams operate around increasingly digital platforms.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop enterprise transformation strategies.
- Assess existing operating models and identify structural inefficiencies.
- Establish transformation roadmaps with measurable milestones.
- Lead cross-functional digital-finance initiatives.
- Identify processes suitable for automation.
- Coordinate technology, product, operations and commercial stakeholders.
- Develop frameworks for adopting AI across financial operations.
- Guide modernization of legacy financial platforms.
- Establish transformation KPIs and benefits-realization frameworks.
- Evaluate technology investments against strategic objectives.
- Manage complex transformation dependencies.
- Present transformation progress and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
THE LEADERSHIP PROFILE
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in fintech transformation, digital banking, management consulting, enterprise technology, payments or financial-services strategy.
You should be comfortable moving between board-level strategy and operational execution.
