POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an accomplished Director to provide strategic leadership across digital-finance transformation initiatives within a rapidly evolving financial-technology environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating market opportunities, emerging technologies, customer expectations, and commercial priorities into a coherent fintech strategy with measurable business outcomes.
This is a senior leadership position requiring a balance of strategic vision, financial-services expertise, technological understanding, commercial judgment, and execution discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital-finance transformation strategy.

Identify emerging fintech opportunities and assess their commercial viability.

Lead strategic initiatives across digital banking, payments, financial platforms, and AI-enabled services.

Establish business cases, investment priorities, and implementation roadmaps.

Work closely with technology, product, finance, risk, operations, and commercial leadership.

Develop performance frameworks to measure transformation outcomes.

Evaluate strategic technology and fintech partnerships.

Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, efficiency, and revenue.

Provide executive-level recommendations based on market intelligence and financial analysis.

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams operating across strategic and technical functions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will bring:

10+ years of experience within fintech, banking, payments, financial technology, consulting, or digital transformation.

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives.

Strong understanding of digital financial products and operating models.

Excellent commercial and financial acumen.

Strong knowledge of technology-driven transformation.

Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will be expected to establish clear transformation priorities, accelerate selected digital initiatives, strengthen cross-functional execution, and introduce measurable performance indicators across strategic fintech programs.
Success will ultimately be assessed through commercial growth, operational efficiency, digital adoption, customer experience, innovation velocity, and strategic execution.
