THE MANDATE — BUILD THE NEXT FINANCIAL OPERATING MODEL
We are seeking an exceptional Executive to lead a sophisticated transformation agenda across digital finance, artificial intelligence and enterprise fintech capabilities.
This is not a conventional technology leadership position. The mandate extends from strategic architecture and investment priorities to operating-model redesign, product modernization and measurable business transformation.
The successful candidate will be expected to determine where technology can create genuine financial advantage—and then construct the organizational and technological pathways required to capture it.
EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Define long-term digital-finance and fintech transformation strategies.

Establish enterprise priorities across AI, digital banking, payments and financial platforms.

Develop transformation portfolios with clear commercial and operational objectives.

Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their strategic relevance.

Lead AI adoption initiatives across financial processes and customer experiences.

Develop enterprise frameworks for intelligent automation and analytics.

Oversee modernization of legacy financial technology environments.

Establish operating models connecting product, technology, data and commercial functions.

Develop investment cases for major technology initiatives.

Establish executive performance metrics covering growth, efficiency, adoption and financial impact.

Lead multidisciplinary senior teams through complex transformation programmes.

Translate highly technical concepts into board-level strategic decisions.

Identify opportunities for regional expansion and fintech ecosystem development.

Establish a culture of measurable innovation rather than innovation for its own sake.
EXECUTIVE PROFILE

12+ years of experience across fintech, banking, consulting, digital transformation or financial technology.

Proven leadership of enterprise-scale transformation.

Strong understanding of digital banking and payment ecosystems.

Demonstrated experience with AI, data and emerging technology.

Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Exceptional strategic communication skills.

Experience leading senior multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to make high-quality decisions amid technological and commercial uncertainty.
