Role Objectives
- Ensure uninterrupted digital banking operations across all service channels
- Improve transaction processing efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Strengthen reconciliation, settlement, and reporting systems
- Align operational practices with regulatory and compliance expectations
Detailed Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day digital banking activities including account services, transfers, and payments
- Monitor transaction volumes, processing times, and system performance metrics
- Ensure high system uptime and rapid incident resolution
2. Financial Processing & Reconciliation
- Manage settlement cycles and ensure accurate reconciliation across banking partners
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective measures
- Maintain audit trails and transaction records
3. Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement automation solutions
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance operational systems
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for operational consistency
4. Compliance Coordination
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal risk controls
- Support audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements
Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in digital banking operations or fintech environments
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, banking workflows, and reconciliation processes
- Experience with core banking systems and digital financial platforms
- Ability to manage remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
