Position Overview

A progressive financial institution in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Data Analyst – Financial Analytics & Performance Reporting to support business growth through advanced financial analysis, reporting automation, and strategic performance measurement.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance, operations, risk management, and executive leadership teams to provide analytical insights that improve profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify business trends.

• Develop executive dashboards and management reports.

• Build automated reporting solutions.

• Perform revenue, cost, and profitability analysis.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Monitor key financial performance indicators.

• Develop SQL queries and analytical models.

• Validate data integrity across multiple systems.

• Assist in financial planning initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve reporting processes.

• Produce monthly and quarterly analytical reports.

• Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights.

• Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations.

• Maintain documentation for reporting procedures.

• Recommend improvements to reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or business analytics.

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

• Knowledge of financial reporting principles.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
