Key Responsibilities
Security Engineering
- Design secure architectures for digital banking and payment platforms.
- Build enterprise-grade security controls across cloud infrastructure.
- Develop secure authentication and authorization frameworks.

- Implement Zero Trust security principles across fintech ecosystems.
Threat Management
- Monitor emerging cyber threats targeting financial institutions.
- Conduct proactive vulnerability assessments.
- Coordinate penetration testing initiatives.
- Develop remediation strategies for critical vulnerabilities.
- Enhance enterprise cyber resilience through continuous security improvements.
Platform Protection
- Secure APIs supporting payment processing and banking integrations.
- Protect customer financial data using advanced encryption technologies.
- Build secure transaction monitoring solutions.
- Strengthen identity and access management systems.
- Ensure secure cloud deployments across multiple environments.
Governance & Compliance
- Support internal and external security audits.
- Maintain security documentation and technical standards.

- Promote cybersecurity awareness across engineering departments.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience within fintech, banking, financial services, or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of secure software development.
- Experience protecting cloud-native infrastructures.
