Primary Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate banking clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand digital banking products and services.
- Structure lending facilities and commercial financing solutions.
- Promote treasury management and liquidity optimization services.
- Advise clients on digital payment ecosystems and cash management technologies.
- Coordinate with credit, risk, legal, compliance, and operations departments.
- Conduct financial statement analysis and credit assessments.
- Develop customized financial solutions based on client business models.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain asset quality.
- Support corporate clients during digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare relationship management reports and business development strategies.
- Represent the institution during industry conferences and networking events.
Qualifications
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Professional banking certifications are advantageous.
- 6–10 years of corporate banking or commercial banking experience.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and lending practices.
- Experience in fintech-enabled banking environments preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- High level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
