Core Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and develop new business opportunities across corporate and commercial markets.
- Understand client challenges and recommend tailored fintech solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical teams during solution deployment.
- Prepare sales forecasts, commercial reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Stay informed on emerging fintech trends, payment innovations, and competitive developments.
- Support marketing initiatives, industry events, and client engagement campaigns.
- Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen commercial performance and customer value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in fintech, banking, enterprise software, or financial services sales.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques, CRM platforms, and digital financial products.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven, collaborative environment.
