Strategic Role Summary
The Chief Transformation Officer will oversee enterprise-wide pension modernization involving intelligent retirement planning platforms, digital savings ecosystems, AI-powered contribution analytics, cloud-native financial infrastructure, and enterprise operational intelligence programs.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of fintech innovation, retirement finance modernization, predictive analytics engineering, workforce financial wellness, and scalable digital transformation.

- Design scalable digital retirement ecosystems supporting savings, investments, and long-term financial planning.

- Develop intelligent customer engagement platforms supporting adaptive financial wellness experiences.
- Oversee cloud-native infrastructure modernization across retirement finance operations.
- Implement predictive operational analytics frameworks supporting enterprise financial visibility and strategic planning.
- Coordinate interoperability initiatives connecting banks, investment systems, payroll platforms, and enterprise financial environments.
- Guide digital onboarding and lifecycle management modernization programs.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen financial data protection and operational resilience.
- Supervise enterprise forecasting systems supporting long-term retirement sustainability analysis.
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future pension and financial wellness ecosystems.
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams across analytics, operations, engineering, governance, and product innovation divisions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Economics, Finance, Investment Systems, or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience across retirement finance, digital banking, fintech modernization, or enterprise financial infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in pension ecosystems, AI-powered analytics, and financial planning infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of behavioral finance systems and cloud-native operational architecture.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and customer engagement modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise interoperability systems and operational resilience frameworks.
- Exceptional executive leadership and innovation strategy capabilities.
- GCC retirement finance modernization exposure highly advantageous.
