Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Support strategic planning through data-driven forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis
- Conduct root-cause analysis on business performance issues and recommend solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to management
- Work closely with product, operations, and technology teams to optimize processes and workflows
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a business analytics, data analysis, or related role
- Proven track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial metrics, and performance indicators
- Prior experience in a data-intensive or highly regulated environment is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and database structures
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) platforms and reporting automation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial
