Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive enterprise strategic priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Finance, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams.
- Prepare executive briefings, strategic reports, and board-level presentations.
- Monitor enterprise performance through KPIs, dashboards, and operational reviews.
- Lead special projects supporting organizational transformation and business growth.
- Facilitate executive decision-making using financial analysis and market intelligence.
- Improve organizational efficiency through governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in executive strategy, corporate operations, management consulting, or fintech leadership.
- Strong understanding of digital banking, financial technology, enterprise governance, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
