A globally expanding fintech banking institution is seeking a highly accomplished Chief of Staff to serve as the Chief Executive Officer’s principal strategic advisor and operational partner.
This is one of the most influential positions within the organization, offering unparalleled exposure to executive leadership, board-level initiatives, enterprise transformation, and strategic decision-making. You will orchestrate high-priority business initiatives, align cross-functional leadership teams, accelerate organizational execution, and ensure that executive priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will collaborate daily with Executive Committee members, Technology Leadership, Digital Banking, Finance, Product Management, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and international strategic partners.
Executive Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO’s trusted advisor on strategic and operational matters.
- Coordinate enterprise-wide execution of executive priorities.
- Lead cross-functional strategic programmes involving multiple business units.
- Prepare executive briefings, board reports, and governance documentation.
- Manage executive operating rhythms, leadership reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Track organizational objectives and key results (OKRs) across departments.
- Identify execution risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate confidential corporate initiatives and transformation programmes.
- Facilitate communication between executive leadership and business divisions.
- Oversee executive committee follow-up actions and performance reporting.
- Support mergers, partnerships, market expansion, and innovation initiatives.
- Represent executive leadership during internal and external engagements when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, banking, fintech, strategy, executive operations, or corporate leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
