About the Executive Opportunity
A high-growth financial technology enterprise is seeking a visionary Chief Platform Operations Officer (CPOO) to lead the operational strategy behind one of the region’s fastest-evolving digital financial ecosystems.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee mission-critical platform operations, service reliability, business continuity, operational governance, and enterprise scalability. Your leadership will ensure seamless financial experiences for millions of customers while enabling continuous innovation across digital banking, payments, and financial technology services.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Direct enterprise platform operations across multiple financial products.
- Develop operational excellence frameworks aligned with global best practices.
- Lead large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
- Build enterprise resilience and disaster recovery strategies.
- Optimize digital service delivery through automation.
- Drive operational governance and executive reporting.
- Establish KPI frameworks for business performance.
- Oversee incident management and operational risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with technology, compliance, product, and commercial leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement across enterprise operations.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within fintech, banking, or enterprise technology.
- Proven expertise managing large-scale operational environments.
- Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
