An internationally expanding fintech institution is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Technology Ecosystems Officer (CFTEO) to orchestrate enterprise-wide innovation across digital banking, embedded finance, intelligent payment infrastructures, and next-generation financial platforms.
This strategic executive role is designed for an accomplished leader capable of transforming complex financial ecosystems into agile, technology-driven organizations while accelerating commercial growth, customer engagement, and global market expansion.
Working closely with executive leadership, institutional partners, technology innovators, and regional stakeholders, you will establish long-term strategic direction and deliver transformative initiatives that shape the future of financial services.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide fintech ecosystem strategies supporting long-term growth.
- Lead digital banking transformation and financial platform modernization.
- Build strategic alliances with international banking institutions and technology providers.
- Oversee enterprise innovation portfolios and digital investment programs.
- Champion AI-driven operational excellence and customer experience initiatives.
- Drive enterprise governance across digital financial ecosystems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and commercial opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional executive teams across technology, operations, and strategy.
- Present strategic business initiatives to executive leadership and board committees.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- MBA or equivalent international postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, financial services, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
