An exclusive executive opportunity has emerged for an exceptional fintech visionary to lead one of the Gulf region’s most ambitious Open Finance initiatives.
As the Chief Open Finance & Embedded Banking Officer, you will define the strategic direction for next-generation financial ecosystems by enabling banking capabilities to be seamlessly embedded into digital commerce, enterprise software, mobility platforms, healthcare ecosystems, logistics solutions, and emerging digital marketplaces.
You will lead multidisciplinary executive teams responsible for creating scalable financial infrastructures that redefine customer engagement while driving sustainable commercial growth across regional and international markets.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Establish enterprise Open Finance and Embedded Banking strategy.
- Lead development of API-first financial ecosystems.
- Design innovative Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) capabilities.
- Oversee enterprise financial integration platforms.
- Direct digital transformation initiatives across multiple business divisions.
- Drive strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology innovators.
- Build intelligent customer financial engagement platforms.
- Lead executive governance for enterprise technology investments.
- Develop long-term fintech innovation roadmaps.
- Represent the organization at international fintech leadership forums.
Executive Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in fintech, banking technology, or enterprise digital transformation.
- Extensive knowledge of API ecosystems, Open Banking, and enterprise financial platforms.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale international transformation programs.
- Outstanding executive communication and commercial leadership skills.
