Core Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Systems Design
- Define long-term architecture for integrated fintech ecosystems.
- Develop frameworks for interoperability across banking, payments, and financial services.

- Ensure scalability and adaptability of financial systems.
- Align system design with business and regulatory requirements.
Platform Integration & Innovation
- Oversee integration of multiple financial products into a unified platform.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
- Enable embedded finance across external ecosystems.
- Support development of data-driven financial services.
- Foster innovation through continuous system enhancement.
Governance & Risk Oversight
- Establish governance frameworks for system management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for platform operations.
- Oversee system reliability and security.
Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations.
- Communicate strategic vision to executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in fintech or banking technology.
- Strong background in system architecture and financial platforms.
- Proven leadership in large-scale transformation initiatives.
