The Chief FinTech Growth Strategist will be responsible for building innovative business models, accelerating digital financial adoption, identifying emerging market opportunities, and creating advanced customer-centric financial experiences supported by data intelligence and automation.
This executive position requires a commercially minded technology leader who combines expertise in digital payments, financial product development, market intelligence, strategic partnerships, and technological innovation.
Primary Duties
Digital Payment Strategy & Expansion
- Develop comprehensive strategies for mobile payments, digital wallets, real-time transaction systems, merchant payment technologies, and embedded financial solutions.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through innovative fintech products and intelligent financial services.
Data Intelligence & Customer Experience
- Utilize advanced analytics, customer behavior insights, and AI-driven technologies to develop highly personalized financial experiences.
- Design predictive models that enhance customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Commercial & Innovation Leadership
- Lead market expansion initiatives, strategic partnerships, fintech product launches, and digital ecosystem growth.
- Conduct extensive research into global financial technology trends to maintain competitive positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Economics, Business Analytics, Technology Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in fintech strategy, digital payments, financial product innovation, or technology-driven financial services.
- Comprehensive understanding of payment technologies, financial regulations, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital business transformation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive leadership capabilities.
