Lead the Future of Connected Financial Services
An internationally respected financial technology group is seeking an exceptional Chief Fintech Ecosystem Architect to design and lead one of the Gulf region’s most ambitious digital finance ecosystems.
This strategic executive role focuses on building intelligent financial networks that seamlessly connect banks, payment providers, insurers, investment platforms, merchants, telecommunications operators, and enterprise technology providers through secure APIs, AI-driven automation, and cloud-native financial infrastructure.
As the organization’s principal fintech strategist, you will define enterprise technology architecture, accelerate digital transformation, and cultivate partnerships that shape the future of financial innovation across regional and global markets.
Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define enterprise fintech architecture and long-term innovation strategy.
- Lead the expansion of Open Banking and Embedded Finance initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and modernization.
- Develop scalable financial ecosystems supporting millions of transactions daily.
- Oversee technology investment and innovation governance.
- Represent the organization at global fintech forums and industry events.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure platform resilience, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, cybersecurity, product, and operations.
- Establish enterprise architecture standards and API governance.
- Promote AI-powered financial innovation and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, digital banking, or enterprise financial technology.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Outstanding executive communication and commercial leadership skills.
