Lead the Reinvention of Financial Services Through Technology
A globally respected financial technology organization is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Technology Transformation Officer to spearhead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across banking technology, intelligent payments, cloud-native financial platforms, and AI-enabled financial operations.
This executive position offers the opportunity to shape the future of financial innovation by leading large-scale transformation programmes, modernizing enterprise technology ecosystems, and driving strategic growth across regional and international markets.
Working alongside the Board of Directors and executive leadership, you will influence critical investment decisions while guiding multidisciplinary teams responsible for engineering, operations, cybersecurity, data analytics, product innovation, and customer transformation.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise digital transformation strategies aligned with long-term corporate objectives.
- Lead modernization of financial platforms and cloud-native banking solutions.
- Direct cross-functional transformation programmes across technology, operations, and customer experience.
- Establish enterprise governance frameworks supporting digital innovation.
- Oversee investment planning for emerging financial technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business growth initiatives.
- Monitor strategic transformation KPIs and organizational performance.
- Present executive recommendations to board committees and investors.
- Build world-class leadership teams supporting organizational excellence.
- Represent the organization at international financial technology forums.
Executive Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Proven success leading complex digital transformation programmes.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic planning, and executive communication skills.
