- Establish advanced security operations centers utilizing automation, threat intelligence, and predictive cyber analytics.
- Lead resilience planning, disaster recovery strategies, and business continuity programs for mission-critical financial services.
- Oversee compliance with international cybersecurity standards, technology risk management frameworks, and financial security regulations.
- Build teams of cybersecurity architects, ethical hackers, digital risk specialists, cloud security engineers, and technology auditors.
- Collaborate with global security communities to remain ahead of emerging threats and technological disruptions.
Exceptional Candidate Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, FinTech, Cryptography, or related disciplines.
- 15–20+ years of leadership experience in financial cybersecurity, digital infrastructure protection, or advanced technology risk management.
- Expertise in AI security, cloud protection, zero-trust architecture, digital identity systems, advanced encryption, and cyber intelligence operations.
- Strong experience managing enterprise security programs, international teams, and large-scale digital transformation projects.
