Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in Financial Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Development, Digital Banking, or related disciplines.
- 12–20 years of experience in payment infrastructure, banking technology, enterprise systems, fintech architecture, or technology leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native platforms, payment processing technologies, cybersecurity, data engineering, and large-scale digital transformations.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing multinational technology teams.
