- Build enterprise-wide AI and data governance frameworks.

- Develop data monetisation and commercial intelligence strategies.
- Drive measurable business growth through analytics-led decision making.
Innovation Leadership
- Establish enterprise AI capabilities.
- Lead predictive financial intelligence programmes.
- Expand intelligent automation initiatives.

- Drive customer insight and behavioural analytics.
Corporate Leadership
- Present strategic recommendations to executive committees.

Executive Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, enterprise analytics, or digital financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise digital transformation.
- Exceptional commercial and strategic leadership abilities.
