About the Position
A forward-thinking fintech institution is seeking an accomplished Head of AI Financial Intelligence & Data Strategy to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that transform financial data into actionable business intelligence.
The successful candidate will oversee advanced analytics, AI model governance, predictive risk intelligence, customer personalization, revenue optimization, fraud analytics, and executive decision-support capabilities while establishing a world-class data strategy aligned with long-term organizational growth.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI strategy for financial services.
- Lead large-scale data transformation programs.
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks.
- Oversee machine learning initiatives.
- Build customer intelligence platforms.
- Enhance fraud analytics capabilities.
- Create executive business intelligence dashboards.
- Develop enterprise data governance policies.
- Improve financial forecasting models.
- Lead data quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with product innovation teams.
- Drive AI adoption across business functions.
- Mentor multidisciplinary data science teams.
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in financial data analytics, AI, or fintech.
- Proven leadership in enterprise data strategy.
- Expertise in machine learning lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, NLP, and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
