Lead the Governance Behind Intelligent Finance

This executive will establish governance frameworks for AI-powered lending, intelligent payments, fraud analytics, customer intelligence, automated compliance, and enterprise decision-making. Your Strategic Responsibilities
AI Governance
- Design enterprise AI governance frameworks.
- Define responsible AI standards and policies.
- Oversee AI model lifecycle management.
- Establish enterprise AI risk controls.
Executive Leadership
- Advise the Board on AI strategy and governance.
- Build cross-functional governance committees.
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Represent the organisation at international AI and fintech forums.
Innovation & Compliance
- Balance innovation with regulatory expectations.
- Promote ethical AI adoption.
- Strengthen enterprise data governance.
- Guide strategic AI investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Finance, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years in executive leadership across fintech, AI, banking, or technology governance.
- Experience leading enterprise governance or digital transformation programmes.
