A highly advanced Gulf fintech ecosystem operating at the frontier of capital market modernization is seeking a Chief Executive Architect of Tokenized Financial Markets & Institutional Digital Asset Infrastructure to design and oversee the next evolution of institutional-grade digital finance systems.

This role is intended for a world-class fintech strategist capable of building regulated, scalable, and interoperable tokenized market infrastructures that connect traditional capital markets with digital asset ecosystems. The mandate spans tokenized securities, institutional custody systems, programmable financial instruments, liquidity orchestration, and cross-asset settlement frameworks.

The objective is to define how institutional finance operates in a digitized economy where assets, liquidity, and market infrastructure are continuously programmable, real-time, and globally interoperable.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect institutional-grade tokenized market infrastructure for equities, bonds, funds, and structured financial instruments.
• Design end-to-end digital asset lifecycle systems covering issuance, custody, trading, settlement, and redemption.
• Build interoperable frameworks linking traditional exchanges with blockchain-enabled financial networks.
• Develop programmable settlement systems enabling near real-time clearing and asset transfer.
• Oversee institutional custody architecture ensuring security, auditability, and regulatory alignment.
• Define liquidity aggregation models across fragmented digital and traditional financial markets.
• Establish enterprise governance frameworks for digital asset risk, compliance, and operational resilience.
• Collaborate with regulators and central financial authorities on digital capital market evolution.
