A globally respected financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Chief Ecosystem Partnerships & Digital Finance Officer to lead the creation of one of the region’s most advanced digital financial ecosystems.
This executive role will drive strategic alliances with banks, payment service providers, telecommunications companies, e-commerce platforms, enterprise technology providers, and regulatory stakeholders to build a seamless financial ecosystem that accelerates innovation, financial inclusion, and sustainable commercial growth.
The successful executive will shape long-term partnership strategies while leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for digital finance expansion across local and international markets.
Key Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop enterprise ecosystem growth strategies.
- Establish long-term fintech partnership frameworks.
- Lead Open Banking ecosystem expansion.
- Build Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) initiatives.
- Drive embedded finance commercialization.
- Expand regional and international financial alliances.
- Develop executive innovation roadmaps.
- Lead strategic investment evaluations.
Commercial Excellence
- Increase enterprise revenue through ecosystem partnerships.
- Identify emerging fintech opportunities.
- Negotiate multi-million-dollar commercial agreements.
- Expand institutional customer acquisition.
- Strengthen enterprise customer engagement.
Governance & Innovation
- Maintain regulatory alignment across financial ecosystems.
- Guide executive governance committees.
- Present transformation strategies to Board members.
- Build innovation culture throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Executive Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience.
- Extensive knowledge of digital banking, Open Banking, APIs, embedded finance, and payment ecosystems.
- Outstanding commercial negotiation and stakeholder management expertise.
