Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable embedded finance applications and APIs.
- Build enterprise-grade payment orchestration services.
- Develop secure lending and account management modules.
- Create cloud-native microservices using modern engineering principles.
- Integrate third-party banking, payment, and financial platforms.
- Optimize applications for high-volume transaction processing.
- Develop automated deployment pipelines.
- Participate in enterprise architecture planning.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.
- Improve application observability, resilience, and security.
- Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, product, and infrastructure teams.
- Continuously enhance platform performance and customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Go, Kotlin, Python, or C#.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or SQL Server.
- Understanding of secure application architecture.
- Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
