A rapidly expanding international fintech enterprise is searching for a transformational Chief Digital Payments Strategy Officer to lead the evolution of next-generation payment ecosystems serving financial institutions, multinational enterprises, and digital commerce platforms throughout the GCC and international markets.
This executive role combines commercial vision, financial technology innovation, enterprise architecture, and strategic leadership to build highly scalable payment infrastructures supporting instant settlements, embedded financial services, intelligent transaction routing, and AI-driven payment optimization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will establish the organization’s long-term payments vision while leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product innovation, cybersecurity, operations, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

- Develop enterprise-wide digital payment strategies.

Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA, MSc, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of executive experience within fintech, payment technology, or digital banking.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale financial technology transformation.
- Strong executive leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
