An internationally expanding fintech institution is seeking an exceptional Chief Digital Payments Officer (CDPO) to lead the strategic evolution of next-generation payment ecosystems across the Gulf region. This executive role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital commerce by building secure, intelligent, and highly scalable payment solutions that empower businesses, financial institutions, and consumers.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will oversee enterprise payment innovation, commercial expansion, technology modernization, and strategic alliances while driving operational excellence across regional and international markets.
Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define the enterprise payment vision and long-term strategy.
- Drive payment modernization across multiple markets.
- Develop scalable digital payment ecosystems.

- Oversee next-generation payment infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, or payment technology.
- Proven experience managing enterprise payment platforms.
- Strong commercial leadership capabilities.
