About the Executive Appointment
A globally expanding financial technology institution is seeking an accomplished Chief Digital Lending & Financial Inclusion Officer to redefine access to modern financial services across the Gulf region.
This executive leadership role will oversee the development of AI-driven lending ecosystems, intelligent credit decision platforms, embedded financing solutions, and digital financial products that empower individuals, entrepreneurs, and enterprises while accelerating sustainable economic growth.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Council, you will shape corporate strategy, guide multi-million-dollar innovation programmes, and establish strategic alliances with regional and international financial institutions.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy
- Develop long-term digital lending strategies.
- Lead enterprise credit transformation initiatives.
- Expand embedded financing capabilities.
- Drive AI-powered credit innovation.
- Strengthen financial inclusion programmes.
Commercial Leadership
- Build partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and technology providers.
- Expand regional financing ecosystems.
- Lead strategic investment initiatives.
- Develop sustainable commercial growth strategies.
Executive Governance
- Chair executive lending committees.
- Oversee enterprise risk governance.
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board.
- Mentor senior leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Technology, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 16 years of executive leadership experience.
- Proven expertise within fintech, banking, or lending technology.
- Exceptional commercial and strategic leadership capability.
- International experience is highly desirable.
